Orders & Payment By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Noira reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Returns & Refunds All Noira sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on processed and shipped orders. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including our process for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Subscriptions By enrolling in a Noira subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the selected frequency until you cancel. Subscriptions are self-managed through your account portal. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before your next scheduled order date. Noira is not responsible for charges that occur due to failure to cancel within the required timeframe.

Intellectual Property All content on the Noira website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Noira and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
