SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Overview By enrolling in a Noira subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency selected at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will continue until cancelled. All subscriptions are governed by these terms and our general Terms of Service.
Managing Your Subscription All Noira subscriptions are fully self-managed through your personal subscription portal. A link to your portal is emailed to you when your subscription is initiated. From your portal, you can:
- Swap products in your subscription
- Reschedule or skip an upcoming shipment
- Update your billing or shipping information
- Pause or cancel your subscription
Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before your next scheduled order date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Billing You authorize Noira to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the cadence selected (30, 60, or 90 days). Charges will continue until you cancel. Noira is not responsible for charges that occur due to failure to cancel within the required timeframe.
Delivery Cadences Subscription delivery cadences vary by product — available options are every 30, 60, or 90 days. To adjust your delivery cadence or synchronize delivery dates across multiple subscriptions, use your subscription portal link.
Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You will be notified by email if there is an issue with your payment.
Changes to Subscription Terms Noira reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.
